Bárbara Neto, always surrounded by her drawings and stories. She started as an illustrator, and quickly discovered that these drawings and stories could be the essence and personality of the spaces. Born in Porto, Portugal, she concluded the Degree in Design, at the Faculty of Fine Arts, University of Porto in 1999.

In 2001 she developed a concept for a brand dedicated to babies and children, called “Blop”. She created stories and characters which culminated in a complete line of furniture for stores in Portugal, Spain and Germany. With Blop, Bárbara received a distinction award, during Exporthome 2001, in a competition evaluated by the Portuguese Design Center.

In 2005, she joined the Interior Design Department of Viriato Hotel Concept, a company that was entirely dedicated to supply hotels worldwide. During her professional career there, she had the opportunity to develop projects in different countries and hotel groups, supporting architecture and design offices, or developing her own concepts.

In 2018, she started her own brand, working with multidisciplinar teams, that focus on Interior Design for Hotels. With personalized projects, LemonVariance main goal is to integrate a unique concept, as a speciality and part of the whole project.

At the moment, LemonVariance team of multifaceted designers and architects is dedicated to developing projects, which stand out for their creative and colorful character, bringing ideas and telling stories that make all spaces different and one of a kind.
